At the Bon Jovi Store, we want you to love your rock 'n' roll gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
